RevenueMed Opens Second Production Center to Support Expanding U.S. Client Base

New Center Increases Scalable Capacity to Over 800 FTEs

RevenueMed, the global leader in healthcare business process outsourcing, today announced that it has opened a new production center in Tamil Nadu, India, to support the expansion of its client base in the United States. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place today and was attended by RevenueMed staff and local dignitaries.

Similar in design to RevenueMed's existing facilities in Kerala, India, the new state-of-the-art facility features guarded perimeter fences with 24 hour security guards, compartmentalized keycard access control to production facilities and 24 hour video surveillance. Access to servers and other IT infrastructure is controlled using 2-factor authentication. In addition, all PCs are configured to prevent the transfer of any data to removable media, and production staff has no access to printers or email making most the operations at the facility completely paperless.

Production centers operate 365 days per year, with full backup diesel power generators and redundant high speed internet connections. The two production facilities are 35 miles apart and on different power grids to further reduce risks.”
