Part time English Trainer (Trivandrum)

:: Job Description
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training programs.
  • Mentor trainees and counsel on ways to improve performance.

:: Job Specification
  • The incumbent should be able to train the employees on English grammar, phonetic and business communication.
  • Proven track record in language training and soft skill training. Should be flexible in timings .
  • Should know the basic concepts involved in adult learning.


Product Manager (Trivandrum)

:: Job Description
  • Liaison with operational users to understand features & functions required from the software.
  • Helping to conceive (with users and programmers) the best ways of implementing such features.
  • Technical writing – creation of detailed Product Development Requirements, User Acceptance.
  • Test plans and comparable documentation.
  • Participating in user acceptance tests to confirm product performance conforms to technical specifications.
  • Assistance with guiding operational staff in use of the software.

:: Job Specification
  • Must have excellent written & spoken English skills.
  • Incumbent should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience.
  • Should be conversant in workflow tools like MS Visio to graphically depict key software workflow themes.


Senior Software Developer/Architect (RoR or J2EE experience) (Trivandrum)

:: Job Description
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of production applications used internally by the firm and by clients. Design and develop new application(s) for internal use. Mentor and guide junior developers.

:: Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience in Ruby on Rails development and deployment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of AJAX and/or Flex a plus.
  • Candidates with strong J2EE experience, who are willing to switch to Ruby on Rails platform will be considered for this position.
  • Candidate must have worked through all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and should be eager to learn latest technologies.
  • 3-7 years of industry experience.

  • High level of motivation and energy.
  • Self starter.
  • Initiative – self managed, able to act on own where circumstances dictate.
  • Ability to get along and communicate with all levels of the organization.
