TRAINING:

Unlike most transcription, coding and billing companies – who simply hire pre-existing transcriptionists or coders with no control over their specific educational background – our firm actually operates its own end-to-end training and certification program. No RevenueMed transcription, coding or data processing staff will serve a client unless they have first been fully tested and certified by our strict internal standards.

TALENT:

We use staff with strong intellectual pedigree. For example, every RevenueMed coder has earned a bachelor’s degree or higher. Our staff, in all service categories, are better educated than those of virtually any other health data processing company.

SAMPLING:

While many coding, transcription and data processing companies claim that they conduct internal checks and audits on their work, in practice their technology and management processes make this difficult. By contrast, our new clients enjoy 100% QA sampling until contracted quality standards are routinely exceeded. Thereafter, we maintain an on-going level of Compliance review.

REPORTING:

Our customers can expect a useful array of management reports that help them to run their departments more effectively. Reports can help to improve overall process efficiency by pointing to areas of inadequate documentation, ways to improve reimbursement levels, etc. Many hospitals pay special consulting firms to conduct such analysis – by contrast, it is a built-in part of our service.
