How it works

We start each client engagement by understanding your unique transcript formatting requirements. Our team of transcription analysts will create templates that mirror your preferred formatting, including nice touches like use of the logo for the hospital or physician group.

We then determine how best to capture audio. This can be achieved via phone dial-in to our recording servers, by exporting voice data from your facility’s digital recording system or by using handheld digital recorders (particularly useful for clinic-based physicians.)

Our experienced project managers will guide you through a systematic launch process, and provide you with continuous status reporting once services are activated. We seek to operate as an extension to your own organization’s operations.
